After a dynamic 25-year career at a leading title and escrow company as a Business Development representative, I am thrilled to embark on my new journey as a real estate agent. My deep-rooted experience in the industry has equipped me with unparalleled skills in negotiation, client relations, and market analysis.  I now bring this talent to the real estate sector. I really started my real estate career when I purchased my first home at age 21 in Coeur d'Alene and went on to construct 4 personal residential homes. I've owned multiple investment properties, including residential, commercial, and development land. Giving me knowledge in acquisitions and sales, all of which involved multiple 1031 tax deferred exchanges. I've also been involved in private money lending and acquisitions of real estate through a self-directed IRA.

My husband, Craig Hunter, who brings 30 years of expertise as a commercial real estate agent, specializing in sales, leasing, consulting, and property management. Together, we offer a comprehensive approach to real estate, combining residential and commercial insights to benefit our clients.

As a proud Idahoan, having lived and worked in Coeur d'Alene for most of my life, I've cultivated an extensive network of contacts throughout the community, including connections with lenders, builders, and fellow real estate professionals. In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities that keep me engaged and entertained. I relish traveling across America in our motor coach, exploring new places while enjoying college football and softball. I also find pleasure in outdoor activities like golfing, boating, hiking and fly fishing. Additionally, I love challenging myself in the World Series of Poker, where strategy meets excitement. Most importantly, I cherish the time spent with my husband, kids, and grandkids, alongside enjoying reading and staying active with walks.
